Classic homemade banana bread with a moist and tender crumb.
Ingredients:
-2 cups all-purpose flour
-3/4 cup white sugar
-1 teaspoon baking soda
-1/4 teaspoon salt
-3 large ripe bananas
-1/3 cup melted butter
-1/4 cup milk
-1 teaspoon vanilla extract
-1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
Instructions:
1. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F.
2. In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking soda, and salt.
3. In a separate bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.
4. Add the melted butter, milk, and vanilla extract to the mashed bananas and stir until combined.
5. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
6. If desired, stir in the chopped walnuts.
7. Grease the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
8. Pour the batter into the basket and spread evenly.
9. Cook for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
