Breakfast Quesadillas

Breakfast Quesadillas


Tortillas filled with scrambled eggs, cheese, and veggies.

Ingredients

– 8 medium-sized flour tortillas
– 2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar, jack, or a combination)
– 1 cup diced cooked bacon
– 1 cup diced cooked sausage
– 1 cup diced onion
– 2 cups diced bell peppers
– 1 teaspoon garlic powder
– 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
– 1/2 teaspoon cumin
– Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

1. Preheat the air fryer to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.

2. Place 4 of the tortillas in the air fryer and cook for 3 minutes.

3. Remove the tortillas from the air fryer and place on a cutting board.

4. Divide the cheese, bacon, sausage, onion, and bell peppers between the 4 tortillas, spreading the ingredients evenly.

5. Sprinkle garlic powder, smoked paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper on top of the ingredients.

6. Place the remaining 4 tortillas on top of the ingredients.

7. Place the quesadillas back in the air fryer and cook for 4-5 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the tortillas are golden brown.

8. Remove the quesadillas from the air fryer and cut into 4 slices.

9. Serve immediately. Enjoy!
