Thai Basil Squid


Tender squid tossed in a vibrant Thai basil sauce, air-fried until crispy and aromatic.

Ingredients:
– 1.5 lbs of squid, cleaned and cut into rings
– 1/2 cup of fresh basil leaves, chopped
– 2 cloves of garlic, minced
– 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
– 2 tablespoons of fish sauce
– 2 tablespoons of olive oil
– 2 tablespoons of lime juice
– 1 teaspoon of sugar
– 1 teaspoon of red pepper flakes
– Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F.

2. In a medium bowl, combine basil, garlic, soy sauce, fish sauce, olive oil, lime juice, sugar, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Mix together to form a marinade.

3. Add the squid rings to the marinade and mix until the rings are evenly coated.

4. Place the squid rings into the air fryer basket and cook for 8 minutes.

5. Once the squid is cooked, remove from the air fryer and place onto a serving dish.

6. Garnish with fresh basil leaves and a wedge of lime.

7. Serve warm and enjoy!
