Sesame Ginger Tuna Steaks
Ingredients:
– 4 tuna steaks, approximately 6-8 ounces each
– 2 tablespoons toasted sesame oil
– 2 tablespoons freshly grated ginger
– 2 tablespoons light soy sauce
– 2 tablespoons honey
– 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 teaspoon salt
– 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
– 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
Instructions:
1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F.
2. In a small bowl, mix together sesame oil, ginger, soy sauce, honey, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and pepper.
3. Place tuna steaks in air fryer basket. Brush steaks with sesame oil mixture.
4. Sprinkle sesame seeds over the top of the steaks.
