Sweet Potato Hash Browns
Ingredients:
– 2 large sweet potatoes, peeled and grated
– 2 tablespoons olive oil
– 1 teaspoon garlic powder
– 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
– 1/2 teaspoon salt
– 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
– 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
Instructions:
1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F.
2. Place the grated sweet potatoes in a large bowl and add the olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss together until the potatoes are evenly coated.
3. Place the potato mixture in the air fryer basket and spread in an even layer. Air fry for 15 minutes, stirring halfway through.
4. Add the chopped parsley and stir to combine.
