Keto Air Fryer Chicken Wings
Ingredients:
-2lbs of chicken wings
-2 tablespoons of olive oil
-1 teaspoon of garlic powder
-1 teaspoon of onion powder
-1 teaspoon of smoked paprika
-1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning
-1/2 teaspoon of garlic salt
-1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
-1/2 teaspoon of dried oregano
-1/4 teaspoon of cayenne pepper
Instructions:
1. Preheat air fryer to 400 degrees F.
2. In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, Italian seasoning, garlic salt, black pepper, oregano, and cayenne pepper. Mix together until evenly combined.
3. Add the chicken wings to the bowl and toss to coat evenly.
4. Place the wings in the air fryer basket and cook for 20 minutes, flipping the wings halfway through.
5. Once done, remove the wings from the air fryer and serve. Enjoy!
