Keto Garlic Butter Chicken Thighs (Air Fryer)

Ingredients:

– 8 chicken thighs (skin on)

– 2 tablespoons of butter
– 4 cloves garlic (minced)
– 2 tablespoons of olive oil
– 2 teaspoons of paprika
– 1 teaspoon of dried oregano
– 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
– 1 teaspoon of onion powder
– Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. Preheat the air fryer to 380°F.

2. Place the chicken thighs in a large bowl and season with salt and pepper.

3. In a separate bowl, mix together the butter, olive oil, garlic, paprika, oregano, garlic powder, and onion powder.

4. Rub the butter mixture onto the chicken thighs evenly.

5. Place the chicken thighs in the air fryer and cook for 20 minutes, flipping the chicken thighs halfway through.

6. Once cooked, remove the chicken thighs from the air fryer and let them rest for 5 minutes before serving.

7. Serve with your favorite side dish and enjoy!
