KETO BACON-WRAPPED CHICKEN
Ingredients:
-4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
4 slices of uncured, sugar-free bacon
-1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
-1/2 teaspoon onion powder
-1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
-1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
-1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
-1/2 teaspoon sea salt
-1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
-1/4 cup avocado oil
-2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
Instructions:
1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F.
2. Place the chicken breasts in a large bowl and season with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, oregano, thyme, salt, and pepper. Drizzle with avocado oil and lemon juice. Gently toss to coat.
3. Wrap each chicken breast with a slice of bacon and secure with a toothpick.
4. Place the chicken breasts in the air fryer and cook for 15-18 minutes, flipping halfway through.
5. Remove from air fryer and let rest for 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
