Lobster tails basted with a savory herbed butter, air-fried to create a succulent and luxurious seafood dish.

Herbed Butter Lobster Tails

Ingredients:

• 4 lobster tails

• 4 tablespoons butter, melted

• 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

• 2 tablespoons fresh thyme, chopped

• 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped

• 2 cloves garlic, minced

• Salt and pepper, to taste

• Lemon wedges, for garnish

Instructions:

1. Preheat air fryer to 400 degrees F.

2. Cut lobster tails in half lengthwise and remove the vein.

3. In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, parsley, thyme, rosemary, garlic, salt, and pepper.

4. Brush the herbed butter mixture on both sides of the lobster tails.

5. Place the lobster tails in the air fryer basket and cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping once halfway through.

6. When the lobster tails are cooked through, remove from the air fryer and serve with lemon wedges for garnish. Enjoy!
