Breakfast Sausage Rolls


Puff pastry rolls filled with savory breakfast sausage.

Ingredients:

– 8 breakfast sausage links
– 4 sheets of ready-made puff pastry
– 2 tablespoons of olive oil
– 2 teaspoons of garlic powder
– 2 teaspoons of smoked paprika
– 2 teaspoons of dried oregano
– 2 teaspoons of black pepper
– 1 teaspoon of sea salt
– 2 large eggs, beaten
– 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
– 1/4 cup of chopped fresh parsley

Instructions:

1. Preheat the air fryer to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

2. Place the breakfast sausage links in the air fryer basket and cook for 10 minutes.

3. Remove the sausage links from the basket and set aside to cool.

4. Cut each sheet of puff pastry into 8 equal pieces and place on a lightly floured surface.

5. In a small bowl, mix the olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, dried oregano, black pepper, and sea salt.

6. Brush the mixture onto each piece of puff pastry.

7. Place a sausage link onto the center of each piece of puff pastry.

8. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese and chopped parsley over each sausage link.

9. Carefully roll up the puff pastry around each sausage link.

10. Brush the egg wash over each rolled pastry.

11. Place the sausage rolls in the air fryer basket and cook for 15 minutes, or until golden brown.

12. Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauces. Enjoy!
