Teriyaki Chicken Tacos

Teriyaki Chicken Tacos prepared in an Air Fryer

Ingredients:

• 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

• 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce

• 1 tablespoon olive oil

• 1 teaspoon garlic powder

• 1 teaspoon onion powder

• 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger

• 4 soft tacos shells

• 2 cups shredded cabbage or coleslaw mix

• 1/2 cup diced red bell pepper

• 1/4 cup sliced green onions

• 1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro

• 1/2 cup mayonnaise

• 2 tablespoons lime juice

• 1/4 teaspoon salt

• 2 tablespoons sesame seeds

Instructions:

1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F.

2. In a small bowl, combine teriyaki sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, and ground ginger.

3. Place chicken breasts in the air fryer basket and brush with the teriyaki sauce mixture.

4. Cook for 15 minutes, flipping halfway through.

5. In a medium bowl, combine cabbage or coleslaw mix, red bell pepper, green onions, and cilantro.

6. In a separate small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, lime juice, and salt.

7. Add mayonnaise mixture to the cabbage mixture and mix until all ingredients are evenly coated.

8. Place tacos shells on a plate.

9. Divide the cabbage mixture among the tacos shells.

10. Slice the cooked chicken breasts and divide among the tacos shells.

11. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.

12. Serve and enjoy!
