Moroccan Spiced Swordfish in the Air Fryer
Ingredients:
– 4 Swordfish fillets, 6-8 oz each
– 1 teaspoon ground cumin
– 1 teaspoon ground coriander
– 1 teaspoon ground ginger
– 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
– ½ teaspoon garlic powder
– ½ teaspoon onion powder
– ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
– 2 tablespoons olive oil
– 2 tablespoons lemon juice
– ¼ cup chopped fresh parsley
– Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Instructions:
1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a small bowl, combine the cumin, coriander, ginger, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne pepper.
3. In a separate bowl, mix together the olive oil, lemon juice, and parsley.
4. Place the swordfish fillets in a baking dish and season with salt and pepper.
5. Drizzle the olive oil mixture over the fillets and sprinkle with the Moroccan spice blend.
6. Place the swordfish fillets in the air fryer basket.
7. Cook for 8-10 minutes until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
