Lemon Pepper Cod


Flavorful cod fillets seasoned with zesty lemon and aromatic pepper, cooked until crispy and tender.

Lemon Pepper Cod with Roasted Potatoes

Ingredients:

– 4 cod fillets
– 1 lemon
– 1 tablespoon freshly ground black pepper
– 2 tablespoons olive oil
– 2 tablespoons butter
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 4 medium potatoes, quartered
– 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
– Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. Preheat an air fryer to 375°F.

2. In a shallow dish, combine pepper, lemon juice, olive oil, butter, garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.

3. Place the cod fillets in the shallow dish and coat with the lemon pepper mixture.

4. Arrange the potatoes in the air fryer.

5. Place the cod fillets on top of the potatoes and sprinkle with the chopped parsley.

6. Cook in the air fryer for 15 minutes, or until the cod is cooked through and the potatoes are golden brown.

7. Serve the cod and potatoes with a side of lemon wedges. Enjoy!
