Lemon Herb Salmon


Tender salmon fillets marinated in a zesty lemon and herb mixture, air-fried to perfection.

Lemon Herb Salmon

Ingredients:

– 4 (4-6 oz) salmon filets
– 2 tablespoons olive oil
– 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
– 1 teaspoon garlic powder
– 1 teaspoon dried oregano
– 1 teaspoon dried thyme
– ½ teaspoon dried basil
– Salt and pepper to taste
– 4 lemon slices

Instructions:

1. Preheat your air fryer to 360°F.

2. Place the salmon filets in a bowl and drizzle with the olive oil and lemon juice.

3. In a small bowl, combine the garlic powder, oregano, thyme, basil, salt and pepper.

4. Sprinkle the spice mixture over the salmon filets and rub it in with your fingers.

5. Place the salmon filets in the air fryer basket and top each one with a lemon slice.

6. Cook the salmon for 10-12 minutes, or until it is cooked through and flakes easily.

7. Serve the salmon with your favorite side dishes and enjoy!
