
Ingredients:
-1 lb of boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes
-1/2 cup of melted ghee or butter
-3/4 cup of hot sauce
-1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
-1/2 teaspoon of onion powder
-1 teaspoon of smoked paprika
-1/4 teaspoon of cayenne pepper
-1/4 cup of almond flour
-1/4 teaspoon of sea salt
-1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
Instructions:
1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F.
2. In a medium bowl, mix together the melted ghee or butter, hot sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and cayenne pepper.
3. In a separate bowl, mix together the almond flour, sea salt, and black pepper.
4. Dip the chicken cubes into the melted ghee or butter mixture, then shake off any excess.
5. Roll the chicken cubes in the almond flour mixture until they are completely coated.
6. Place the chicken cubes into the preheated air fryer basket.
7. Cook for 12-15 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
