Moroccan Spiced Barramundi


Barramundi fillets seasoned with Moroccan spices, air-fried until flaky and served with a side of couscous.

Moroccan Spiced Barramundi in Air Fryer

Ingredients:

– 4 barramundi fillets
– 2 tablespoons olive oil
– 2 teaspoons ground cumin
– 2 teaspoons ground coriander
– 2 teaspoons sweet paprika
– 1 teaspoon ground ginger
– 1 teaspoon garlic powder
– 1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric
– 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
– Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:

1. Pat the barramundi fillets dry with paper towel.

2. In a bowl, combine the olive oil, cumin, coriander, paprika, ginger, garlic powder, turmeric, cinnamon, and salt and pepper. Mix to combine.

3. Rub the mixture all over the barramundi fillets.

4. Place the fillets in the air fryer basket and cook at 375°F for 10 minutes.

5. Once cooked, serve with a side of roasted vegetables or a green salad. Enjoy!
