Tandoori Style Basa Recipe
Ingredients:
-4 Basa fillets
-1/4 cup plain yogurt
-2 tablespoons olive oil
-1 tablespoon garam masala
-2 teaspoons ground cumin
-2 teaspoons ground coriander
-2 teaspoons paprika
-2 teaspoons garlic powder
-1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
-1 teaspoon ground ginger
-Juice of 1/2 lemon
-Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
1. In a medium bowl, mix together the yogurt, olive oil, garam masala, ground cumin, ground coriander, paprika, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, ground ginger, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
2. Place the Basa fillets into a shallow dish and pour the yogurt mixture over them. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
3. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F.
4. Place the marinated Basa fillets into the air fryer basket.
5. Cook for 8 minutes, flipping once halfway through.
6. Serve with basmati rice, naan, and your favorite chutney. Enjoy!
