Lemon Pepper Haddock


Haddock fillets seasoned with lemon pepper, air-fried to a delicate and flavorful finish.

Lemon Pepper Haddock with Roasted Vegetables

Ingredients:

– 4 haddock fillets
– 2 tablespoons olive oil
– 4 cloves of garlic, minced
– 2 tablespoons lemon pepper seasoning
– 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped
– 1 teaspoon paprika
– 1 teaspoon garlic powder
– 1 teaspoon onion powder
– 1/2 teaspoon salt
– 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
– 2 red potatoes, cut into cubes
– 1 red bell pepper, cut into cubes
– 1 yellow bell pepper, cut into cubes
– 1 zucchini, cut into cubes
– 2 tablespoons butter, melted

Instructions:

1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F.

2. Place haddock fillets in a shallow dish and season with olive oil, garlic, lemon pepper seasoning, parsley, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Turn to coat both sides of the fish.

3. Place the potatoes, bell peppers, and zucchini in a separate shallow dish and season with melted butter and remaining seasonings.

4. Place the haddock fillets in the air fryer basket and air fry for 8 minutes, flipping halfway through.

5. Place the vegetables in the air fryer basket and air fry for an additional 10 minutes, stirring halfway through.

6. Serve the haddock fillets with roasted vegetables. Enjoy!
