
Keto Air Fryer Chicken Wings
Ingredients:
-2 pounds of chicken wings
-3 tablespoons olive oil
-1 teaspoon garlic powder
-1 teaspoon onion powder
-1 teaspoon smoked paprika
-1 teaspoon oregano
-1 teaspoon dried thyme
-1 teaspoon sea salt
-1 teaspoon ground black pepper
Instructions:
1. Preheat the air fryer to 375 degrees F.
2. Place the chicken wings in a large bowl and drizzle with the olive oil.
3. In a small bowl, mix together the garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, oregano, thyme, salt, and pepper.
4. Sprinkle the seasoning over the chicken wings and toss to coat evenly.
5. Place the chicken wings in the air fryer and cook for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
