BBQ Chicken Lettuce Wraps prepared in an Air Fryer

BBQ Chicken Lettuce Wraps

Ingredients:

– 2 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken breasts
– 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
– 1/4 cup honey
– 1/4 cup olive oil
– 2 cloves of garlic, minced
– 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
– 1 teaspoon ground cumin
– 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
– 4 heads of lettuce (such as romaine, butter lettuce, or iceberg)

Instructions:

1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F.

2. In a small bowl, mix together BBQ sauce, honey, olive oil, garlic, smoked paprika, ground cumin, and chili powder.

3. Place chicken breasts in air fryer basket and brush with BBQ sauce mixture.

4. Cook chicken for 15 minutes, flipping halfway through.

5. Let chicken cool for 5 minutes before cutting into bite-sized pieces.

6. Wash and dry lettuce heads and separate into individual leaves.

7. Place chicken pieces in lettuce leaves and drizzle with remaining BBQ sauce mixture.

8. Serve and enjoy!
