Mushroom Stuffed with Crabmeat

Ingredients:

– 4 large mushrooms
– 1 pound of lump crab meat
– 1/2 cup of Italian breadcrumbs
– 2 cloves of garlic, minced
– 1/4 cup of finely chopped onion
– 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
– 2 tablespoons of chopped fresh parsley
– 2 tablespoons of melted butter
– 1 teaspoon of Old Bay seasoning
– Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:

1. Preheat your air fryer to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.

2. Rinse the mushrooms and pat them dry. Carefully remove the stems.

3. In a large bowl, combine the crabmeat, breadcrumbs, garlic, onion, Parmesan cheese, parsley, butter, Old Bay seasoning, and salt and pepper. Mix well.

4. Stuff each mushroom with the stuffing mixture.

5. Place the stuffed mushrooms in the air fryer and cook for 10 minutes.

6. Serve the mushrooms hot. Enjoy!
