Ingredients:
-1 package (8 oz) of cream cheese, softened
-2 tablespoons of finely chopped onion
-2 tablespoons of finely chopped green onion
-2 tablespoons of finely chopped red bell pepper
-2 tablespoons of finely chopped water chestnuts
-1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
-1/2 teaspoon of ground ginger
-1/4 teaspoon of salt
-1/4 teaspoon of ground black pepper
-1 package (8 oz) of wonton wrappers
-1/2 pound of cooked and shredded crab meat
-1/4 cup of vegetable oil
Instructions:
1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F.
2. In a medium bowl, combine the cream cheese, onion, green onion, red bell pepper, water chestnuts, garlic powder, ground ginger, salt, and black pepper until well blended.
3. Place a wonton wrapper on a flat work surface. Place 2 teaspoons of the cream cheese mixture in the center of the wrapper. Top with 1 tablespoon of the crab meat.
4. Carefully fold the wonton wrapper in half to form a triangle shape, pressing the edges to seal.
5. Lightly brush the wontons with the vegetable oil.
6. Place the wontons in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
7. Cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping them halfway through, or until they are golden brown and crispy.
8. Serve the Crab Rangoons immediately with your favorite dipping sauce. Enjoy!
