Mushroom Stuffed with Crabmeat

Mushroom Stuffed with Crabmeat prepared in an Air Fryer

Ingredients:

– 4 portobello mushrooms
– ½ pound of cooked lump crabmeat
– 2 tablespoons of olive oil
– 1 large onion, diced
– 4 cloves of garlic, minced
– 1 teaspoon of dried oregano
– ½ teaspoon of dried thyme
– ¼ cup of white wine
– 1 cup of panko bread crumbs
– 1/4 cup of freshly grated Parmesan cheese
– Salt and pepper, to taste
– 2 tablespoons of butter

Instructions:

1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F.

2. Remove the stems and gills from the mushrooms and set aside.

3. Heat the olive oil in a medium skillet over medium-high heat. Add the onion and garlic and sauté for 3 minutes.

4. Add the crabmeat, oregano, thyme, and white wine and cook for another 3 minutes.

5. In a separate bowl, combine the panko bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper.

6. Place the mushrooms in the air fryer basket and brush the tops with the melted butter.

7. Stuff each mushroom with the crabmeat mixture and top with the panko mixture.

8. Place the mushrooms in the air fryer basket and cook for 8-10 minutes, until the tops are golden brown and the mushrooms are cooked through.

9. Serve and enjoy!
