Keto Pesto Chicken


Ingredients:

– 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
– 2 tablespoons olive oil
– 1 teaspoon garlic powder
– 1 teaspoon onion powder
– 1 teaspoon oregano
– 1 teaspoon dried basil
– Salt and pepper, to taste
– 2 tablespoons of keto pesto

Instructions:

1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).

2. In a bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, basil, salt and pepper.

3. Rub the chicken breasts with the olive oil mixture.

4. Place the chicken breasts in the air fryer basket.

5. Cook for 15 minutes, flipping the chicken breasts halfway through.

6. Remove the chicken from the air fryer and place on a plate.

7. Spread the keto pesto over the chicken breasts.

8. Place the chicken back in the air fryer.

9. Cook for an additional 5 minutes.

10. Serve and enjoy!
