BBQ Glazed Perch


Perch fillets brushed with a smoky barbecue sauce, air-fried for a caramelized and delicious result.

BBQ Glazed Perch

Ingredients:

– 4 whole perch fillets
– 2 tablespoons olive oil
– Salt and pepper to taste
– 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
– 1/4 cup honey
– 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

Instructions:

1. Preheat air fryer to 350°F.

2. Brush the perch fillets with olive oil and season with salt and pepper to taste.

3. Place the fillets in the air fryer and cook for 10 minutes.

4. Meanwhile, in a small bowl, combine the BBQ sauce, honey, Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, and lemon juice. Stir until well combined.

5. After 10 minutes, remove the perch fillets from the air fryer and brush both sides of the fillets with the BBQ sauce mixture.

6. Return the fillets to the air fryer and cook for an additional 5 minutes.

7. Remove the fillets from the air fryer and serve with your favorite sides. Enjoy!
