Mushroom Stuffed with Crabmeat prepared in an Air Fryer

Mushroom Stuffed with Crabmeat

Ingredients:

-8 large mushrooms

-1/2 cup of diced onion

-1/2 cup of diced bell pepper

-1/2 cup of cooked, flaked crabmeat

-2 tablespoons of butter

-2 tablespoons of olive oil

-2 cloves of garlic, minced

-1 teaspoon of dried oregano

-1/4 cup of dry white wine

-1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese

-Salt and black pepper to taste

-2 tablespoons of chopped fresh parsley

Instructions:

1. Preheat the air fryer to 375 degrees F.

2. Remove the stems from the mushrooms and set aside.

3. Heat the butter and olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

4. Add the onion and bell pepper and sauté until softened, about 2 minutes.

5. Add the garlic, oregano, salt, and black pepper and cook for another minute.

6. Add the crabmeat and cook for an additional minute.

7. Remove the mixture from the heat and stir in the white wine and Parmesan cheese.

8. Place the mushrooms in the air fryer basket.

9. Fill the mushrooms with the crabmeat mixture.

10. Cook the mushrooms in the air fryer for 8 minutes.

11. Sprinkle with the chopped parsley and serve.
