
Ingredients:
– 4 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
– 1/4 cup teriyaki marinade
– 2 tablespoons sesame oil
– 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
– 1 tablespoon honey
– 1 tablespoon soy sauce
– 1 teaspoon minced garlic
– 1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
– 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
– 8-10 butter lettuce leaves
Instructions:
1. Place the chicken thighs in a large bowl and pour the teriyaki marinade over them. Cover the bowl and let the chicken marinate for at least 15 minutes.
2. In a small bowl, whisk together the sesame oil, rice vinegar, honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, freshly grated ginger, and red pepper flakes to make the teriyaki sauce.
3. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F.
4. Place the marinated chicken thighs in the air fryer and cook for 15 minutes.
5. After 15 minutes, brush the chicken with the teriyaki sauce and cook for another 5 minutes.
6. Remove the chicken from the air fryer and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing it into thin strips.
7. To assemble the wraps, place a few strips of the cooked chicken on each lettuce leaf, then drizzle with the remaining teriyaki sauce.
