Sweet and Spicy Barbecue Ribs
Ingredients:
-2 pounds of pork ribs
-1 tablespoon garlic powder
-1 tablespoon onion powder
-1 teaspoon smoked paprika
-1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
-2 tablespoons chili powder
-2 tablespoons brown sugar
-1 teaspoon cumin
-1/2 teaspoon black pepper
-1 teaspoon kosher salt
-1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
-1/4 cup tomato sauce
-1/4 cup honey
-1/4 cup BBQ sauce
Instructions:
1. Preheat air fryer to 350°F.
2. In a small bowl, combine garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, chili powder, brown sugar, cumin, black pepper, and kosher salt.
3. Rub the spice mixture over both sides of the pork ribs.
4. Place the ribs in the air fryer basket and cook for 15 minutes.
5. Meanwhile, in a medium bowl whisk together the apple cider vinegar, tomato sauce, honey, and BBQ sauce.
6. After 15 minutes, brush the ribs with the sauce mixture.
7. Cook for an additional 10 minutes.
8. Brush the ribs with the remaining sauce mixture and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
9. Serve the ribs with extra BBQ sauce as desired. Enjoy!
