Spinach and Feta Puffs


Puff pastry filled with a mixture of spinach, feta cheese, and herbs, then air-fried until golden and flaky.

Ingredients:

-2 sheets of puff pastry, thawed
-1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
-1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
-1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
-1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
-1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
-2 cups baby spinach leaves
-1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
-1 egg, lightly beaten

Instructions:

1. Preheat air fryer to 400 degrees F.

2. Cut each sheet of puff pastry into 12 equal squares.

3. In a medium bowl, combine crumbled feta cheese, garlic powder, black pepper, oregano, and red pepper flakes.

4. Place spinach leaves on each pastry square. Top with feta cheese mixture, and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.

5. Fold up the corners of each pastry square and pinch the edges to seal.

6. Place the pastries in the air fryer basket, making sure they are not touching.

7. Brush pastries with lightly beaten egg.

8. Air fry for 8 minutes, flipping the pastries halfway through the cooking time.

9. Serve warm and enjoy!
