Mushroom Stuffed with Crabmeat prepared in an Air Fryer

Mushroom Stuffed with Crabmeat

Ingredients:

• 8 large mushrooms, stems removed
• 8 ounces lump crabmeat, picked through for shells
• 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
• 2 tablespoons butter, melted
• 2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
• 2 tablespoons finely chopped red bell pepper
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
• 2 tablespoons dry white wine
• 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
• 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
• 1/2 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
• Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
• 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
• 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions:

1. Preheat air fryer to 380 degrees F.

2. Place mushrooms, caps down, onto the air fryer basket. Cook for 5 minutes.

3. In a medium bowl, combine crabmeat, cream cheese, butter, onion, bell pepper, garlic, parsley, wine, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper.

4. Mix until combined.

5. Place the crabmeat mixture into the mushroom caps and top with panko and Parmesan cheese.

6. Place the mushrooms back into the air fryer basket and cook for 8 minutes or until the tops are golden brown.

7. Serve hot. Enjoy!
