Ingredients:

-4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
-8 ounces shredded parmesan cheese
-2 large eggs
-1 cup almond flour
-1 teaspoon garlic powder
-1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
-1 teaspoon paprika
-1 teaspoon salt
-1/2 teaspoon black pepper
-2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions:

1. Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.

2. Cut the chicken breasts into 1-inch tenders.
