Fries made from chickpea flour batter, air-fried until golden and crispy, providing a gluten-free and vegan alternative.

Chickpea Flour Fries

Ingredients:

-2 cups chickpea flour

-2 tablespoons olive oil
-2 teaspoons smoked paprika
-1 teaspoon garlic powder
-1 teaspoon onion powder
-1 teaspoon chili powder
-1 teaspoon cumin
-1/2 teaspoon salt
-1/2 teaspoon black pepper
-1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
-1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes

Instructions:

1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F.

2. In a medium bowl, combine the chickpea flour, olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, cumin, salt, black pepper, cayenne pepper, and red pepper flakes until evenly combined.

3. Place the mixture into the preheated air fryer basket and spread out evenly.

4. Cook for 15 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes, until golden brown and crisp.
