Beef Meatballs


Juicy meatballs made with ground beef, breadcrumbs, and seasonings, cooked to perfection.

Ingredients:

– 1 lb. Ground beef
– 1/2 cup Panko breadcrumbs
– 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
– 1/2 cup finely diced onion
– 1 teaspoon garlic powder
– 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
– 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
– 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
– 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
– 2 large eggs
– 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions:

1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F.

2. In a medium bowl, combine ground beef, panko, Parmesan cheese, onion, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, oregano, basil, and black pepper.

3. In a small bowl, whisk together the eggs and olive oil.

4. Pour the egg and oil mixture into the beef mixture and mix until well combined.

5. Take a heaping tablespoon of the mixture and roll it into a ball.

6. Place the meatballs in the air fryer in a single layer.

7. Cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping the meatballs halfway through.

8. Serve hot. Enjoy!
