BBQ Chicken Salad

BBQ Chicken Salad prepared in an Air Fryer

BBQ Chicken Salad with Air Fryer

Ingredients:

– 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts

-1/2 cup BBQ sauce

-1/4 cup olive oil

-1 teaspoon paprika

-1 teaspoon garlic powder

-1 teaspoon onion powder

-1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

-1/2 teaspoon salt

-2 heads of romaine lettuce, chopped

-1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

-1/2 cup red onion, diced

-1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

-1/2 cup sweet corn, cooked

-1/4 cup ranch dressing

Instructions:

1. Preheat the air fryer to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.

2. Combine the BBQ sauce, olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt in a large bowl.

3. Add the chicken breasts to the bowl and toss to coat.

4. Place the chicken breasts in the air fryer and cook for 20 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.

5. Remove the chicken from the air fryer and let it cool.

6. Once the chicken has cooled, shred it into bite-sized pieces.

7. In a large bowl, combine the lettuce, tomatoes, red onion, cheddar cheese, sweet corn, and shredded chicken.

8. Drizzle with ranch dressing and toss to combine.

9. Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Enjoy!
