Keto Buffalo Chicken Bites

Ingredients:

-2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cut into 1-inch cubes
-1/2 cup Frank’s Red Hot Buffalo Wing Sauce
-1/4 cup of melted butter
-1/3 cup almond flour
-1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
-1/2 teaspoon onion powder
-1/2 teaspoon paprika
-1/4 teaspoon black pepper
-1/4 teaspoon sea salt

Instructions:

1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F.

2. In a medium bowl, mix together melted butter, hot sauce, almond flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, black pepper and sea salt.

3. Add cubed chicken thighs to the bowl and stir to coat.

4. Place coated chicken thighs in air fryer basket in a single layer.

5. Cook for 15 minutes, flipping once halfway through cooking.

6. Remove from air fryer and serve with a side of ranch or blue cheese dressing. Enjoy!
