Sticky and sweet honey-glazed lamb ribs cooked in the air fryer
Honey-Glazed Air-Fried Lamb Ribs
Ingredients:
-4 racks of lamb ribs
-2 tablespoons of honey
-1 tablespoon of olive oil
-1 teaspoon of garlic powder
-1 teaspoon of dried thyme
-1 teaspoon of salt
-1 teaspoon of freshly ground black pepper
-1/4 teaspoon of cayenne pepper
-1/2 cup of chicken broth
Instructions:
1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F.
2. In a small bowl, mix together the honey, olive oil, garlic powder, thyme, salt, pepper, and cayenne pepper.
3. Rub the mixture onto the lamb ribs, making sure to coat them evenly.
4. Place the ribs into the preheated air fryer basket and cook for 20 minutes.
5. Flip the ribs and cook for an additional 15 minutes.
6. Meanwhile, pour the chicken broth into a medium-sized saucepan and bring to a simmer.
7. Reduce the heat and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
8. Remove the ribs from the air fryer and transfer to a plate.
9. Brush the ribs with the reduced chicken broth and serve. Enjoy!
