Buffalo Style Tuna Bites
Ingredients:
-2 cans of tuna in water, drained
-2 eggs
-1 cup of fine breadcrumbs
-1 teaspoon garlic powder
-1 teaspoon onion powder
-1 teaspoon paprika
-1/2 teaspoon salt
-1/4 teaspoon black pepper
-1/2 cup of hot sauce
-1/4 cup of melted butter
-1/4 cup of diced celery
-1/4 cup of diced carrot
-1/4 cup of diced onion
Instructions:
1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F.
2. In a medium bowl, combine tuna, eggs, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until all the ingredients are well combined.
3. Form the tuna mixture into bite-sized balls, about 1 ½ inches in diameter.
4. Place the tuna balls into the air fryer basket and cook for 10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
5. Meanwhile, in a small bowl, combine hot sauce, melted butter, celery, carrot, and onion. Mix until all ingredients are well combined.
6. Once the tuna bites are finished cooking, transfer them to the bowl with the sauce mixture and toss to coat.
7. Serve the buffalo style tuna bites with a side of celery sticks and ranch or blue cheese dressing. Enjoy!
