
Bacon and Eggs Breakfast in an Air Fryer
Ingredients:
– 8 slices of bacon
– 8 large eggs
– 2 tablespoons of butter
– Salt and pepper to taste
– 2 tablespoons of chopped fresh herbs, such as parsley or chives (optional)
Instructions:
1. Preheat the air fryer to 375 degrees F.
2. Place the bacon in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
3. Cook the bacon for 8-10 minutes, or until desired crispiness is achieved.
4. Meanwhile, in a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, butter, salt, and pepper.
5. When the bacon is done, remove it from the air fryer and set aside.
6. Spray the air fryer basket with non-stick cooking spray.
7. Pour the egg mixture into the air fryer, making sure it’s evenly spread out.
8. Place the bacon pieces on top of the egg mixture.
9. Close the air fryer and cook for 8-10 minutes, or until the eggs are cooked through.
10. Sprinkle with fresh herbs, if desired, and serve. Enjoy!
