Keto Air Fryer Chicken Wings prepared in an Air Fryer

Ingredients

– 2 pounds chicken wings

– 1 tablespoon olive oil

– 1 teaspoon garlic powder

– 1 teaspoon onion powder

– 1 teaspoon smoked paprika

– 1 teaspoon dried oregano

– 1 teaspoon dried basil

– 1 teaspoon salt

– 1 teaspoon black pepper

– 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

– Hot sauce (optional)

Instructions

1. Preheat your air fryer to 375 degrees F.

2. In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, dried oregano, dried basil, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.

3. Add the chicken wings to the bowl and toss to coat evenly.

4. Place the chicken wings in the air fryer basket and cook for 15 minutes.

5. After 15 minutes, remove the basket from the air fryer and sprinkle the Parmesan cheese over the wings.

6. Return the basket to the air fryer and cook for an additional 5 minutes.

7. When finished, remove from the air fryer and serve with hot sauce (optional). Enjoy!
