
Ingredients:
-2 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes
-1/2 cup almond flour
-1/2 cup coconut flour
-1 teaspoon garlic powder
-1 teaspoon onion powder
-1 teaspoon smoked paprika
-1/2 teaspoon sea salt
-1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
-1/4 cup melted ghee or butter
-1/2 cup buffalo sauce
Instructions:
1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F.
2. In a large bowl, mix together almond flour, coconut flour, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, sea salt and black pepper.
3. Add chicken cubes to the bowl and mix until all pieces are evenly coated.
4. Place chicken cubes in the air fryer basket and cook for 10 minutes, flipping the cubes halfway through.
5. In a small bowl, mix together melted ghee or butter and buffalo sauce.
6. Once the chicken cubes are done cooking, remove from air fryer and place in a large bowl.
7. Pour buffalo sauce mixture over the chicken cubes and mix until all cubes are evenly coated.
8. Return chicken cubes to the air fryer basket and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
9. Serve warm with your favorite keto-friendly dipping sauce. Enjoy!
