Fried shrimp


Fried Shrimp Recipe

Ingredients:

-1 pound of large shrimp (peeled and deveined)

-1 cup of all-purpose flour

-1 teaspoon of garlic powder
-1 teaspoon of paprika
-1 teaspoon of salt
-1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
-1/2 cup of buttermilk
-1 cup of panko breadcrumbs
-2 tablespoons of olive oil
-4 tablespoons of butter

Instructions:

1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F.

2. In a shallow bowl, combine the flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until combined.

3. In a separate shallow bowl, add the buttermilk.

4. In a third shallow bowl, add the panko breadcrumbs.

5. Dip each shrimp into the flour mixture, then the buttermilk, and finally coat with the panko breadcrumbs.

6. Place the prepared shrimp into the air fryer basket, being sure to spread them out evenly.

7. Drizzle the olive oil over the top of the shrimp.

8. Cook the shrimp for 8-10 minutes, or until they are golden brown and cooked through.

9. During the last few minutes of cooking, add the butter and let it melt over the shrimp.

10. Serve the fried shrimp with your favorite dipping sauce, such as a spicy mayo or cocktail sauce. Enjoy!
