Sesame Ginger Salmon
Ingredients:
-4 (6-ounce) salmon fillets
-1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
-2 tablespoons honey
-2 cloves garlic, minced
-1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
-2 tablespoons toasted sesame oil
-2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds
-Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
-2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions:
1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F.
2. Place the salmon fillets on a large plate. In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, honey, garlic, ginger, sesame oil, and sesame seeds.
3. Season the salmon with salt and pepper, then brush the soy sauce mixture over the salmon.
4. Place the salmon in the air fryer and cook for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
5. Heat the olive oil in a small skillet over medium heat. Add the remaining soy sauce mixture and cook, stirring occasionally, for 2-3 minutes, or until the sauce is thick and bubbly.
6. Serve the salmon with the sesame ginger sauce. Enjoy!
